The TIAN Munich enchants guests with impressive gourmet creations with neither fish nor meat and a exquisite wine selection directly at the Viktualienmarkt. It is the first addition to the vegetarian Viennese gourmet restaurant awarded one Michelin star and three Gault & Millau toques. Chef de Cuisine Christian Schagerl uses exclusively products and ingredients on a purely organic and sustainable basis and obtains them from local greengrocers. The Munich restaurant remains true to the style of the sister restaurant and sets puristic and elegant accents in the interior. Only two years after the reopening, the TIAN Munich was awarded two toques (16 points) at Gault & Millau. Excellent wine is chosen by sommelier Matthias Götz with support from chef sommelier André Drechsel in the TIAN Vienna.
