Schwarzenstein Castle is located in Geisenheim-Johannisberg, near Frankfurt am Main, in the immediate vicinity of the centuries-old wine-growing region around Johannisberg. The historic castle building was constructed in 1873 and has been carefully restored. For culinary delights, guests of the castle can indulge themselves at the newly opened MÜLLERS by Nelson Müller at the castle. The brasserie opened in June 2020 as a cosmopolitan, elegant restaurant in the Rheingau, but at the same time offers a relaxed atmosphere. As a member of the worldwide hotel and restaurant association Relais & Châteaux, Schwarzenstein Castle is deeply committed to sustainability. For example, the castle is involved in supporting the natural bee population and provides a home for a total of three colonies. Guests can enjoy fresh, homemade honey during their daily breakfast.
