The name „Gramen,“ Latin for „plant/herb,“ inspired the menu of the exclusive dinner restaurant: only plant-based ingredients are used, and it is free of meat and dairy products. The focus is on sustainability, regionality, and seasonality.
Guests have the choice of à la carte or two tasting menus (fish or vegetarian) featuring ingredients inspired by the energy and therapeutic garden.
