Jochen Zeitz is Chairman, President, and CEO of Harley-Davidson. Previously, Zeitz served as CEO of PUMA for 18 years, transforming the then-bankrupt company into one of the top three global brands. There, he conceptualized the „Environmental Profit and Loss“ (EP&L) initiative, which applies monetary values to a company's supply chain impacts, positioning PUMA at the forefront of a new paradigm in corporate social and environmental sustainability. He has since become a leading global sustainability advocate. As a co-founder of The B Team and Zeitz MOCAA, owner of Segera Conservancy, founder of The ZEITZ Foundation and The Long Run, Zeitz champions sustainable solutions that harmonize Conservation, Community, Culture, and Commerce (4Cs). Zeitz also serves on the boards of KWS and Cranemere, has co-authored two books, and received, among other accolades, the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
