In 2000, two friends, Johann Landersdorfer and Robert Innerhofer, opened a restaurant in the heart of Munich – one in the kitchen, the other attending to the guests. The concept is extraordinary: in the evening, there is no menu. The daily menu is a surprise for guests, depending on what Johann Landersdorfer buys at the market or from his suppliers and producers in the morning. The products are seasonal, regional, and fresh. For lunch, guests can choose à la carte or try a daily changing lunch menu.
