The TIAN Munich enchants guests with impressive gourmet creations without fish or meat and an exquisite wine selection directly at the Viktualienmarkt. For this, it was awarded a Michelin star and two toques by Gault Millau. It is the counterpart to TIAN Vienna, the only vegetarian restaurant in Austria to hold a Michelin star and four Gault Millau toques since 2014. The TIAN only uses products and ingredients that are purely organic, sustainable and sourced from local fruit and vegetable traders. Tian means “heaven” in Chinese and is the brand of the green visionary Christian Halper.

With its unique concept of fish and meatless cuisine the gourmet restaurant Tian, with chef de cuisine Paul Ivic, sets highest standards. The cuisine, which is awarded with a Michelin- Star and three Gault Millau toques, presents fascinating taste experience with an exclusive atmosphere, which allows its guests to dive into a modern staged Vienna Belle Epoque. The awarded chef sommelier Matthias Riha presents most exquisite wines in Vienna and Munich.
