The four-star superior Hotel Burg Lech at 1,750 meters above sea level has been welcoming guests in panoramic Oberlech for over 60 years. Helga and Fridolin Lucian started modestly in the 60s with the small “Burgstüble” for skiers and hikers. The second generation with Gerhard and Elisabeth Lucian built on the heritage and further expanded the domicile to the four-star superior hotel. They set the base for the third generation: Christian Lucian and his partner Patricia Lorenz took over in 2022. True to their motto “We take your pleasure seriously” the Burg is a family business with great passion for gastronomy and the hospitality industry.
The desire of the hosts is to provide guests with a legendary time-out – time to let go and be uninhibited. Gladly also sometimes more on the bubbles side of champagne than on the rigid ayurveda philosophy. Since the season of 2022, the hotel is for the first time since the founding open for ten months in a row continuously until April 2023. The Hotel Burg Lech is very popular among regular guests in winter for its excellent ski in ski out destination and on the mountain slopes. The whole of Lech can be found on the sun terrace; for decades it has been the most popular place in the whole village. In summer and fall, guests are spoiled for choice: numerous hiking trails, golf, and tennis, mountain breakfast at the hotel’s own Kriegeralpe with dairy products produced in-house – or simply extensive wellness hours on the 1,550 square meters of the BURG OASE.
