Coco Bodu Hithi, a resort of Coco Collection, is located on the Maldives island in the North Malé Atoll, not far from the capital Malé, and delights nature lovers, gourmets and relaxation seekers alike. A sophisticated design concept meets the respectful treatment of the flora and fauna native to the island. The total of 100 villas, all with private pools, combine elements of traditional Maldivian architecture, such as the rattan-covered roofs, with contemporary design. At 188 square meters, the 44 “Island Villas” are the most spacious, which is further emphasized by the loft-like room layout with no partitions. Those who want to relax in one of the private outdoor areas of each “Island Villa” have the choice between a sun terrace with sea view and a separate garden area with pool. The 16 “Water Villas”, each measuring 109 square meters, and the somewhat larger 16 “Escape Water Villas”, each measuring 144 square meters, are built on pillars directly into the water and connected with walkways, making them appear to literally float above the surface of the sea.
