In the gourmet restaurant Dichter, star chef Thomas Kellermann and his team serve outstanding menus with a special twist. Awarded 2 Michelin stars, 4 black Gault Millau toques, 10 Gusto pans and 4.5 Feinschmecker points, the chef loves to play with unusual flavours and textures. He creates his menus using the best seasonal products from the region around the Tegernsee Valley –artfully refined with fresh herbs from the region.
