Landesdorfer & Innerhofer
In 2000, the two friends Johann Landersdorfer and Robert Innerhofer opened a restaurant in the center of Munich – one at the stove, the other serving guests. The concept is unusual: there is no menu in the evening, the menu is a surprise for the guests every day – depending on what Johann Landersdorfer buys in the morning at the market or from his suppliers and producers. The products are seasonal, regional, and fresh. At lunchtime, guests can choose à la carte or try a daily changing lunch menu.
